...there, will you help me out? The front end of my explorer keeps making a clunking noise and is very loose. My husband is good at working on vehicles just not diagnosing them. He thought it was the front arm bushings so he changed them. It helped but we're still experiencing problems. I think its a worn joint and perhaps bent Axel but I know close to nothing about cars. So if there is someone out there who is car knowledgeable I'd appreciate the help. You don't have to have be a mechanic just love working on cars and know the type of explorer we have. Its apparently an odd model. Our explorer is back wheel drive.
