I need help with my 1998 jeep wrangler sport "4.0"?

i just got a new 3 inch body lift, and i'm having trouble with my 4x4 drop extension. Its going into 2H, 4H, and neutral, But it will not go into 4 low, its not engaging, like its not going far enough to let it engage..... if anyone can help, that would be great thank you.
 
if it was fine b 4 the lift then its something you have moved or the lift its self. if its not made by wrangler(which i suspect its not. throw it away
