I need help with making some tests?

This is gonna seem real stupid to ask but here it goes anyways.... I'm in charge of making the Certification Tests for the employees at our restaurant(DQ Grill & Chill). I'm shooting for a goal of 50 questions for Grill and Soft Serve, and a goal of 100 questions for Front Counter and Drive-Thru.

I've got 27 SS, 35 Grill, 90 FC, and 91 DT; As far as questions go. So I just have a few left. However I'm stuck and can't think of any solid material. I've covered weights, sizes, and products. I've also covered some generic scenarios. I've been asked to put questions about Primary/Secondary Duties in the tests but to be honest I don't know how to make questions from that information.

If anyone has any advice on what I could add to the tests I would appreciate it. I have no problem with anyone asking questions to help me solve this problem.
