i need people to be able to select an option from a drop down menu, (numbers 1-99), and then select another number (2-99) that has to be higher than the first entered number. and they have to select a third dropdown that has answers of things like: attack, strength, or defense, (etc) and then they have to be able to submit the answers they put to me either at a webpage or to my email, how do i do this?! please help!
