i need help with hellcat recovery flasher?

i'm trying to downgrade my 5.5gen-b fat psp and every time i try to downgrade my psp to 5.0m33-6 it gives me this error

FATAL: error 0x8002013a while unassigning flash0
WARNING: error 0x8002013a while unassigning flash 1

what do i need to do to fix this problem and downgrade w/o a pandora battery?
