I've joined the gym to lose some weight, 10kgs. I'll be going to the gym about 7.30am. What should I eat before I go to the gym?
Also what should I have once I've worked out and going to work? Maybe a hard-boiled egg or something?
Then for lunch (I usually only eat 3 rice wafers during the day) should I be eating something like a chicken or ham roll with salad on it? Im worried about eating bread with starch and carbs etc.
Then for dinner I was going to continue eating my normal meals but downsize the portion dramatically.
I dont want my life to be taken over by salads etc, I want to be able to eat my normal foods knowing that its ok im still going to the gym. My weight gain is only due to lack of exercise not poor diet. I just need some guidelines etc.
