ok, heres the deal. i have a 89 ford bronco 5.0 302. ive started to change the water pump. i removed the fan shroud, the fan, the belt, i removed all the bolts attached to the pump.. but ive hit a snag. the far right bolt that went on the pump is also attached to some seel piece thats also holding up the alternator.. doesnt look like a bracket because its really think. my question is do i remove this? because 2 of the wheels are also attached to this. (by wheels i dont mean tires lol) its wheels that the belt went around.
ok so if it all has to come off then so be it, but do i remove the wheels seperately, then the alternator, then that steel block? because i think if i try removing the block itll fall and it looks heavy as hell.
