The first question asks which of the restriction maps represent the wet allele (E^w) and which is the dry allele (E^d)?

I really don't know how to distinguish which one is for the dry allele and the other for the wet allele. Also the table below asked: If DNA from individuals of all possible genotypes are amplified, dogested with Sau961, electrophoresed and stained we would see three distinct patterns on an electrophoresis gel. Show the pattern on the gel in side the table.
This I'm not sure because I don't know the sizes of these alleles as they pass through the gel. Can someone give me a hand and explain this to me? Thank you.
