I need help with an html code for a myspace layout!?

How do I change a myspace layout code from { background-color:transparent; border:0px;} to make it a solid white color, or at least make the pictures in the text/picture boxes not transparent. The actual background picture is not transparent, just the boxes that contain text and pictures.

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!!
