When I drive my jeep long distances it smokes sometimes really bad. I check the coolant and oil and it's fine. What else could it be. It's a 1991 jeep cherokee

Depends where the smoke is being generated. If it's under the hood, it could be oil spilled on the engine block that is getting heated up by the long distances. Buy some engine de-greaser and follow the directions on the can. That will help if it's just spilled oil but be careful when spraying it off. You don't want to soak anything electrical. Also make sure you haven't driven the Jeep for the long period of time so it's cold. Another possibility is that a small amount of oil is leaking and lands on the hot engine block. Good luck!
