A rectangular storage container with an open top is to have a volume of 15 cu. ft. The length of its base is twice the width (x). Material for the base cost $12 per sq. ft. Material for the sides cost $7 per sq ft.
Let "x" = Width

Find the Cost Function C(x), in terms of the width 'x'.

Thanks for the help
