okai, i dont know if some of you had watch the video"fly on the wall-miley cyrus"
and if you did then you know that in some parts where she is singing, there are camera flashing on her background.
and the thing i want to know is that where can i get this effect of camera flashing but not showing the paparazzi.
i want to know because i want to put a background similar to miley cyrus but behind a picture of me.
any help would be greatly appreaciated!!
