Should Columbus Day be celebrated?
I, myself, think not besides the fact we get no school (yay), but in my global class, we didn't get to choose sides so now i have to figure out some reasons why it SHOULD be celebrated even though i dont support it and i have nothing :? Can someone help me?
PS: Please don't say "Because i have a day off" or anything like that... I need mainly historical reasoning, and when i was pondering in class, my global teacher suggesting not defending what he did when he CAME to the carribean b/c there's obviously no defending that, but to tell the positive outcomes....
