You might want to get a local lawyer to draft this up and notarize it so it is legal and will hold up in court
 
My ex wrecked my car but he's willing to pay for it. Can anyone help me find a sample contract to draw up for him to sign or can someone possibly write me one that I could use? He's agreeing to pay the full cost for the repair, or if the car is deemed totaled purchase a new one equal to the cost which is $10,000.

Any stationary store will have legal documents: $1.00 per/page. But I would just turn it into my insurance company. Doesn't sound like he'll pay.
