I bought the car two days ago at a used dealership. Knock on wood the only problem I have had is something is up with the ten disc cd changer. It said to load the cds in face down, but when I load the cds into the cd holder I see it go in but on the radio it say Err. So I took it out and flipped it over, same err. popped up. I thought it might be the burned discs but no, tried different ones with the same result. Any idea on how I might fix it, I am not a expert on cars but I know a little. Everything seems to be working, it takes the cds and loads to the right but then err. pops up. I am at my wits end, its a 450$ part, and if I take it in they will try to up sell me, I need fast help please. I am waiting by the computer, thank you.
