...get to NY)? I came to Florida to help my brother before, during and after heart surgery. I had nothing but problems on my way down. I knew the transmission was leakilng but had to get here. Is there any way that I can rig this vehicle to get me back home? I do not have the money, nor does he have any friends in the area that can help me. Any response would be VERY, VERY, welcome

YES....I made it to Florida by adding transmission fluid on the way here. However, tonight I added fluid and it leaked out as quick as I put it in. Does it matter if the vehicle is not running when you add fluid?
