Ok well the poem was about a girl who fell in love with this boy who rode by on his horse, and he said he'd be back by midnight the next day, but the soldiers got him, and the girl killed herself after midnight because one of the soldiers (who had taken over her house) had put a sword in her lap to prop her up and she killed herself b/c she was heartbroken.
I have complelty forgotten the name, but its like a lot of pages long, I think the name had something to do with the word 'rider' but im not sure, its also an old poem.
