i need help ulocking my i860

Does some one know where i can download software to unlock my phone or an some one send my something i have a i860.
because i dont know whats wrong with my phone it comes on and says i860 then it says insert sim card i the phone and the sim card from ebay if unlocking it dosent work i dont know what to do.
 
Send me your codeplug and we will see what we can do to help. Not a 860's are unlockable. Some still are able to be unlocked. Contact me if you wish for me to try.
 
you need to get rss carrier and a cable from your pc to your phone install the progam and get a serial cable for your phone open carrier and read the phone and then go file
and save as the file will say code plug save this file some where easy to get too and then send it too me and i will unlock it for you if that phone is the i860's that can be unlocked here is the link if you do not have the program
