I need help to unlock the 4th core?

Is it possible to unlock the extra (4th) core in my cpu, and please explain how can I do it? I'm not so good at overclocking, so please explain all the details how to do it. I think my motherboard supports core unlocking.

motherboard: Biostar TA790GX A3+
cpu: AMD Phenom II X3 720 BE
