Ive had a really rough day today and I dont want to get into it too much but instead of getting checked out by a doctor or being recommended to go to the hospital, I've spend my entire day trying to get a new health card, cuz my stupid governement sent me a new one which had expired in exactly 1 month after they had sent it to me.
anyway, it is now too late to get a doctors appointment however if my symptoms continue, I can atleast go to the hospital as I have all the documents that I need.
The problem is this. Since last night Ive had these insane spasms that start in my head, and then immediately lead towards my body and make my knees jolt up and I end up letting out a little scream as well. At first it was happening once every few minutes but then it started to speed up and eventually I ran to my bed to sleep because I truly thought it was due to the lack of sleep that Ive had (my father has been extremely ill lately and I've had to stay up late with him and Ive also started a new job which involves me leaving very early in the morning so sleep hasnt been my friend the past few days) but even when I woke up this morning, I felt it coming back and by this afternoon, just before I left, it got worse and worse.
Its calmed down a bit since then but I still feel it. Its much lighter, but its bothering me and causing a head ache.
