I need help on losing weight and toning up my arms, legs, and stomach in 1 month. Help

me? I would like to lose 15-25 pounds and tone up. I'm 13, 5'2", and weigh 130.
Any positive advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't have a bicycle or access to a gym.
I don't have weights or anything. I get $20 a week to spend on whatever I want.. Could someone tell me what to spend it on to help me? I live near a Wal Mart.. No Target or K Mart.
