i need help on gevernment essay?

I am writing a cba on the book Beyond Vietnam:The united States and Asia...But i also need to compare the book with notes I have on Stephen Krasner and Alexander wendt. How do I go about writing this. I have been trying to think of stuff for hours. If you can help me at all I would really appreciate it, Im so confused and scared of failing.
 
It is better if you should compare your references to another. Because doing an essay was really hard especially your topic is centered for government. On the other hand, you have to gather first major ideas and then start doing an outline so that it would be easy for you to recompose it for a paragraph.
