I'm trying to figure out the best way to network my PC, home phone and XBox Live all together.
I have Comcast Broadband internet with a motorola modem. I also have AT&T CallVantage for our phone service, in which comes with a D-Link DVG-5102S telephone adapter (which only has 2 ports, 1 for the modem and 1 for the PC). The CallVantage service must use this adapter in order to work, I can't replace it with another router.
Should I buy another router and hook the D-Link to the new router? Also, would having two routers connected to each other create any more problems with the connections? I'm just looking for the most efficient/effective way to do this. Any suggestions?
