this maybe a little lengthy but this is what happened. I dated a boy for a year and a half and thought he was right, well he was cheating on me the whole time with some girl who had slept with at least 25 different men and he had slept with 3 different girls from what he told me. he always said he got STD testing every 6 months and told me what I wanted to hear. well I recently went to get put on birth control because ive found the right one, I'm engaged, and they tested me, my tests came back with positive gonorrhea. my fiancé was a virgin but I had only slept with 1 other person and he was infected. I was wondering I took 4 aztromycen tablets, how long will it take to go away? and should I get a new tooth brush n stuff? can you get it from kissing? I'm really scared because ive never had this before, anything is helpful I need facts and advice! Thanks.
