I bought an Xbox 360 arcade console, and now my Gears of War 2 has been getting the "Disc is unreadable" error. It definitely isn't the disc. I know that for a fact. I want to return my xbox arcade and get an xbox premium. They don't allow that however because the box was opened and I can't get my money back with an opened box. I can only get a new replaced arcade console. I was wondering, if I get a new arcade console, then don't open the box, then return it again, can I get my money back that way and use my money back(200$) as well as an additional 100$ to buy a premium?I really want the premium as well as its 60GB HDD so can someone help me?
