I know that when I click the "Agree and Install Now" button that on the next page that a bar pops up so I can do the axtive x thing but that does not pop up. So what do I do so I can install Adobe Flash Player?

So what do I do so I can install Adobe Flash Player? I don't have it installed on my computer I just wiped out everything and now i can't install it.
