I am organizing a benefit concert called Jams for Jude and I need a very large venue for this event. I am wanting it to be a big deal and have bands interested nationwide. Does airfare give discounts by any chance? How do I book airfare for bands? I'm looking for a very large venue, how do I go about insuring the venue? How would I present this to a venue? Also, how do I get monetary sponsors? I just need overall help in band booking and the basics of putting together this show.
