No analysis, or anything. All I need is for people to post poems here. I need to use one as an epigraph for a book. I need an author / where its from. Here is what it is meant to convey/what I want it to be like (I'm flexible, these are ideas):
About a villain (brooding in lair, from their point of view)
Villain could have contempt for enemies (protagonists in the book)
Epigraph should act like a warning that the villain is coming (to good place, out of lair)
Villain may be someone who is forgoten by ood people
Another idea would be 2 parts, first by a demon (promising destruction and terror). And the next part by an angel (giving hope, and kind words). With similiar criteria for what the villain is like + warning.
Any help would be great. THANK YOU SO MUCH, you have no idea how long I have searched for something suitable
