okay, so when trying on my dress today, some friends (and i) agree it would look really good with some boots. Now that would be fine, if it wasn't for the fact that i just got a pedicure for my outfit a couple hours before. so i need help!!! i was thinking about getting some toeless boots

but i have no idea where to get them! plus i wear a 9.5. and can't handle anything more than 3 inches for the night. around 80$ (or less) would be great, but up to 100 works. PLEASE HELP ME. the dance is next week! thank you guys
