i need help for my cheerleading tryouts!! easy 10 points!!?

hi! my cheerleading tryouts are next week, and i just got the paper for what we need to know.

Here are the ones I still need to work on:

Splits: we have the option to do middle, left, OR right. Im doing middle since im ALMOST there. Any stretches that would help?

Jumps: Basic Jumps are required. but i can barely get any height! I really need help on this one :(

RIGHT cartwheel: all my life ive been doing left hand cartwheels, round off, one hand cartwheels, ect. And now i have to change it to right! How can i practice doing it on the other side, like how to tell if im doing it as good as my normal cartwheel.

They also judged partially on tumbling, and refer to the cartwheel section for what i can do. If i just try out with perfect LEFT cartwheels, will that really deduct my scores? even if they are better than the people who do right cartwheels? I was so proud of my carwheels yesterday lol. I can do a front handspring and front tuck on the trampoline, and i can kinda do the front handspring on the ground (but barely). I can also do a backbend and am working on the kick over.

Im positive, confident, cheerful, and quite smiley. :)

What can i do to get better in the above? I have only one week :(
