I have a business study coursework and i need help on the following questions:

i chose to do sainsburys and McDonalds and i already finished McDonalds now i just need to do sainsburys here are the two questions

for Mcdonalds i wrote for the first question:

I think the Human Resources department will help McDonalds achieve their aims. This department will help McDonalds achieve their aims because the business might be running slow in some branches and they will need to recruit more employees with the help of the human resources department they can make the business run faster by hiring in more employees. Some employees might not stick to the rules and therefore they are wasting their time working for McDonalds the human resources department will setup policies to make sure employees know the rules of the business and what is expected of them and monitor the working conditions for the employee.

how can i improve it?
