Well I posted a question a while ago about my baby sister. She is overweight. I went with her recently for her physcial check up or whatever and she is 58.4 kg, 166 cm. She has refused to work out with me as she feel I push her too hard. That is bull. She is becoming fatter and fatter. i was wondering if you could recommned foods, exercises that do not involve machines, recipes, drinks and stuff that will make her lose weight.
I would appreciate if this works fast because she can't push herself when she has no results or has to wait a month to lose 1 kilo.

she can do planks, squats, lunges and that sort of stuff. any exercise that doesn't involve a machine...she is underage. she has cyclophobia, bike phobia. traumatic experience as a child.
but she can do a bicycle on her back where you put your back on the ground and pretend to bike.
