plzz answer my questions

i need help with a book title and i read it a couple years ago. i try to search for it on Google but nothing comes up. i believe the title was the gravediggers. it is two stories, that go back and forth. one is a girl that visits her grandmother and the other story is about the S.S atlantic. please help in any way you can.
