I don't remember the title of this manga, but it's about a young woman whose guardian/stepbrother (I think his name is something like Kazuki) passes away. It's pretty obvious that she likes him, and since he's her only "relative" she gets terribly heartbroken when he dies. But later in the manga (I'm not sure if it's already published, though), it's said that she sees someone who looks exactly like him.
