I have a friend who is white, 19 yr old, and no longer living with her parents. Even though she is not living with them (and they aren't helping with her school btw) her ability to qualify for scholarships depends on their income...and so far will not be receiving any money! If you know of any link or other site that would be of help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
