i need help finding a good flatland bike that's not expensive?

ok well this is going ot be my first bmx bike. i don't want a street bike because i live in a small neighborhood and there's nothing to do tricks on. is this a good flatland bike http://www.danscomp.com/101703.php?cat=BIKES i dont know the difference between the street or flatland bikes
