I need help finding a children's book!?

I do not know the title or author. It was a book that was read to me in the early 80's. It is about a person who finds a bone in a field. It turns out the bone was a human shin bone. The ghost of the person who lost the bone continues to look for the bone while continuously asking "Who has my shinny bone".
