I was reading a book a few years ago (bout three or four years). I want to find the book again. The book was about a Gen. and a group of high power people who start a revolution in present day US. Toward the end of the book we find out that there are teams with nuclear weapons that will explode one if land is not set aside for a new american. The book ends with throngs of people leaving the US to move to the new US.
