OKAY, so I know what you're thinking and it's NOT the live action movie from 1993, and not the cartoon movie that it was based on. I'm not sure what it was called or when it came out, BUT I do remember it was about this kid who was born a cone head, and because he was different then all of the other people in his village, they banished him. Also, it was illustrated very simply, almost like you would see in "School House Rock", so I'm thinking it might have come out anywhere in the 60's-80's. Any clues or hints or even a recollection of the movie from anyone would be helpful. Thank you!
