i am 14 and live in the united states or america and i was talking to one of my friends (that is a girl) and about 10 minutes ago her boyfriend called me and threatened me because i was hanging out with her (he left a message on my phone). so I was wondering if he could be punished by the law in any way for threatening me. thanks for the help. if you need anything made clear or need more information just tell me what you need and ill give it to you ASAP
 
All you can do is save and tape the phone message and file a complaint so it is at least on the police file. But thanks to liberals, law enforcement has their hands tied until you are actually hurt or killed by the moron. Nice justice system huh?
