First I'll start with a little history. This is a 12 team H2H first year keeper league. Auction draft, 5 keepers with salary structure as follows: 2nd year-same 3rd year-+$5 4th year and later-+$10. All undrafted players set to $8.

Example : Nelson Cruz was drafted at $31, the following years will be: year 2-$31, year 3- $41, year 4-$51, year 5-$61 and so on. There is a salary cap tentatively set to begin next year at $290.

The 2 managers involved know each other in real life and have already made 3 trades throughout the season (solid trades, not dump trades). They just agreed to another blockbuster trade.

Team A is in 1st with a .690 winning %. Team B is currently 11th overall.

Team A receives Halladay/Teixeira/Reyes
Team B receives Cruz/Asdrubal/Ogando/Votto

The league is set to commish veto. The trade was immediately vetoed, which led to threats of expulsion to both parties, with one team instantly kicked out. There have been problems in the past with both parties.

What are your thoughts on this? Is this trade so unfair to be vetoed? What would you do as commish? Thanks in advance for reading this long post and for your feedback.
Team A: Halladay- $35 Tex- $35 Reyes-$34
Team B: Cruz- $31 Asdrubal-$1 Ogando -$8 (undrafted) Votto-$42
