i need help completing my 350 small block chevy engine?

it's a 350 4 bolt main , i have L2256F Forged sealed flat top pistons, a performer RPM air gap intake, a 600 carburetor and 750 carburetor ,whichever you think is best . the block is bored .30 ., i also have5.7 inch eagle I-beam rods with 64 cc hump heads . what's the best cam for this set-up. i wanna use it as a street machine , not so much the track. i also have a 2500 stall converter . please help me because i'm trying to make this as smooth as possible , your advice and expertise is so very helpful,Thanks in advance . P.S. it will be placed in a 1972 Chevelle SS posi rear with 342 gears.
