last week i got on craigslist i saw a 2001 toyota celica for 3.5k i said id buy it for 3.2k so he agreed i gave him it all cash on the spot his friend who owned the car was out of town and he gave me the titile he signed the title as his friend i wrote my name on it and adress he wrote his friends but he said he wud notoriz it after his friend came back and today his friend came back and i wanted my money back becuse i relaized i was not good at driving stick, so the actual owner was ok with it but his friend was promised some money and he would not give me back any of the money even though we did not notorize the car i have a paper signed by him that i gave him 3.2k anyone know how i can get my money back? any laws or amendments?
