...get some good gains in shortime? im 17 this year and play rugby league, im sitting on about 68kg and need help bulking for a very important season. Ive been doing weights for about a year on and off but now im being very consistent with it, i usually work my triceps, chest and shoulders on monday, back biceps and legs on tuesday ,wednesday off and then the same for thurs and fri. Im not sure if this is the best way to bulk and i need help. what is the best workouts i can use to build alot of mass in these areas and and on what days and what muscles should i work together. my sport has alot of demmand to be physically big and i really need to bulk, especially in the legs. i also need help with my dieting, help would be greately appreciated
