I need help building a great sound system in my 1998 Chevy Lumina Please Help?

I want a loud loud system i have one now but at the time my budget was shorter (and its just not as loud as i would like) and now i can spend more please help by listing the names and brand so i can look and some hard hitting subs. I want My stereo to be heard... Thanks Everyone For Helping...... I wouldnt like to spend more than $1600 and if you know of any recomandations for any places to get this done in the Tampa Bay Area That would be great
