So for my History and Philosophy of Mathematics class, I need to answer this question;
What makes Abraham Seidenberg and B L van der Waerden propose the hypothesis of a common pre-Babylonian origin of mathematics, from which both Indian and Greek mathematics derived?
Does anyone have a clue how I can answer this?
Or maybe some type of resource I can use to answer this?
I would greatly appreciate any help... =]
