...have prayed on this and am? still confused,

You worked a job and thus far:
1. Your direct supervisor has complained (on numerous occasions) about your work performance to her supervisor (w/out speaking with you about any issues first)
2.You didn't find out about this until they cut your hours and you asked multiple times why and the boss still denied this was why.
3. You spoke with your direct supervisor about what you needed to work on and she listed numerous things you needed to do (some of which were completely unjustified) but you wrote them down and said thank you.
4. You have actively worked on said list for several weeks.
5. You asked your supervisor (last week) again what you need to work on she said you were doing a "great" job, she really liked your contribution to the job and thought it was maybe that you were shy at first. She asked you to do a couple more things on the job.

You go to work on time, leave late, and work the whole time.
Today you had to do professional development. You need two particular courses you MUST have to keep your job. Several weeks ago when you asked, the boss told the admin assistant to just sign you up for one. At the time you thought it was a scheduling conflict. However, you later found out they did the classes in the same place one after the other. You got there to take the second class (which is what the boss said to sign you up for) and you were the only one not registered for the course. Also, all of the other employees (except one that just started) have now had both classes.
