I need help about pets live iphone?

This person named TCAFT keeps on attacking me. So then I raised my level superrr high (rank lvl) and so he loses every battle now... But he puts me on the discipline list allthe time. I already cussed him out and told him to stop nicely but he wouldn't listen. I blocked him posting comments too but nothing works. I can't remove him from my team list because he will still be ableto attack me. Is there anyway to stop him? Thanks
