I will be riding a bike at normal speed for 1 to 2 hours a day until I reach my goal. My question is how many calories a day should I eat in order to lose weight? Say I burn 700 calories in that 1 to 2 hours of bike riding, do I need to eat less then 700 calories, or 700 calories, or more then 700 calories?
