I need guidance for MCSE?

I want to have MCSE practice, but i can't arrange at least two PC's (to create domain environment), Two different locations (for VPN connections) & Two server 2003 OS PC's (for transferring of roles) etc. Kindly tell me any toll (S) or on-line location for my MCSE testing & training. Kindly guide me in this regards. I am waiting for your kindlful reply very intensively
